Rejected petition bring back hanging for terrorists and child murderes /rapists and all violent crimes in England

our jails are full of murderers / child, and child rapists and terrorists , nothing will change unless we bring back the death penalty in the UK, keeping all these people in jail is a heavy burden on is all and at great cost to us all the tax payers of our land.
there is strong feeling about this and needs debating and recognising and putting in to practice
