We, the undersigned, hereby call upon the Government to introduce a UK land Bank tax to all large UK and international registered organisations holding UK land for investment.

This Land Tax should be charged at 3% of the current value of the land within each calender tax year and paid direct to the UK Treasury.

The billions of Tax revenue paid should then go towards employment projects for are employed,plus direct payment to all UK resident pensioners who live at or below the poverty line around 1 million people.
