Our navy had a long and proud history of being the worlds police for roughly 150 years; we wouldn't be able to defend any of our territories at current rates, its mad!
Relocate the proposed budget for overseas aid that has clearly failed and increase the number of Type 45's, Type 26's and thee Queen Elizabeth-class aircraft carriers.
