Petition Inform claimants of right to request audio recording on ESA50

To have a question added to ESA/PIP forms so that a claimant can choose to have a face to face assessment recorded. It is only the few who know that they can have it recorded that may be asking for audio recordings.
People cannot ask for something they don't know about and the DWP do not openly inform new claimants of their right to request audio recordings.
All that is required is a short question, do you require a face to face assessment to be audio recorded if required?
