There is no evidence to show that the virus is spreading in gyms. After 6 months of closure we opened with all guidelines in place and more! Advice to combat Covid is to maintain a healthy weight and increase fitness. Classes exercise control over cleaning measures and social distancing rules to allow us to follow the advice. More importantly exercise combats depression. When we work together we create a bond which outweighs any low mood! We need our group fitness to save our sanity!
