In order to improve the standard of road safety on Britain's roads the government should change the law to prohibit moped & motorcycle drivers riding on L-plates from taking paid employment involving riding such vehicles.
This would mean that pizza drivers, couriers etc would be forced to pass their motorcycle driving tests before they were allowed to perform that role.
