Being in possession of money known to have been held in a manner for the purpose of evading or avoiding UK taxes, and if inherited, not making an arrangement of reparation to the UK tax system.
The off-shoring of income and / or profits from sales made in the UK for the purposes of tax evasion or avoidance, such as being licensed by a holding company in a tax haven, or sending or claiming the money belongs to the third party in a tax haven.
The off-shoring of income and / or profits to an overseas company, where such company has no physical domestic market that could have reasonably lead to the purchase of a business of that size in the UK.
This legislation to apply to any sum estimated to be over £1,000 in lost UK tax revenue through use of a "tax haven", such as to avoid minor unintentional mistakes being brought before the court.
