All department for work and pensions, Job Centre and similar organizations should completely retrain there entire staff. They are presently trained to operate in a very bureaucratic way creating lots of red tape and to a level where they are only fit to advise school leavers. If they fail to work to the standard required by most other organizations and there customers after retraining they should be fired and new staff recruited.
