I object to british tax payers money being sent to a barbaric country like Vietnam which breed puppies which cannot defend themselves SKINS them alive then BEATS them before BOILING them alive no other civilised country is so barbaric as to do this therefore I want all aid to stop until they stop this barbaric act of torture to defensive animals as I do not give my permission for my taxes to be used in this barbaric cruelty and hope that all the animal lovers of this country agree
