The recent report by Leonard Cheshire Disability entitled Ending 15 minute care:-

highlighted how grossly inadequate 15 minute slots are in relation to the provision of care. In a future where more and more people will require care we need to ensure quality is not sacrificed and dignity is preserved.

We need to make care fair, starting with the inclusion of a ban on the use of 15 minute care slots in the forthcoming Care Bill.
