Closed put a worker on every public or part public company board.

That the government will place on each public owned service or part owned public service at least 1 person from the front line of that service on the board that deals with pay reviews and any changes in working practices.

This will not be of a managerial position but a direct elected worker from the front-line of that service. Any current Union officials will also be exempt from this position.

This is to ensure that each part or full public service has a voice that is independent of those currently negotiating any deals.

This list will include but not be limited to \fire service, police force, NHS, Royal Mail.

The government will also ensure that there is a detailed meeting once a year between the individuals and a cabinet minister for feedback to confirm that the workers needs are being listened to.
