To petition the Department of Justice to enable the Chemical Castration of those convicted of any sexual offences against pre pubescent children and those guilty of sexual offences against any minor when in a position of trust in the care of children for example Carers and Teachers and other positions defined as one of responsibility for the care, safety and wellbeing of a child.
