Ask the British public one question: should we lockdown, or not. Yes/ No. Then, act on the result of that referendum.

Lockdown is an incredibly emotive and divisive topic. There appears to be many public voices speaking out against lockdown for various reasons - and yet we have been put into lockdown again, which supports only those in favour of it and ignores those who aren't. If the majority of the public support a lockdown then one should be implemented. If the majority do not support a lockdown then the Government should not be able to implement one.

Why was this petition rejected?

There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
