Closed Public Access AEDs to be everywhere there is a Fire Extinguisher

The point of this E-Petition is to get the law regarding health and safety to change in respect to Public Access AEDs. we want to get an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) everywhere that there is a Fire extinguisher as a point of law and legal requirment.
This is to include business, leisure and also private homes.And plans put in place for the Ambulance service to manage the downloaded information if and when they are used.
This would save lives and ease the burden on the Ambulance and NHS services.
