Rejected petition abandoning your child is neglect to which there should be consequences

Parents that make a deliberate decision to have nothing to do with the up bringing of their biological child or children should be held accountable. This is neglect that can have a massive impact on the childs emotional , financial and practical needs. It impacts hugely on the remaining parent and costs the government in benefit payments etc. These individuals should not be allowed to get away with their actions .
