The PM should dismiss the Chancellor of the Exchequer and should put in place a Chancellor who will reflate the economy and will actively pursue a policy of persuading other governments that financial crises are the result of speculative activity by traders seeking to maximise profits, rather than true reflections of the actual world economy.
