As a NHS bank staff worker, i feel we do not get the equal rights of pay and respect. I do not receive annual leave or sick pay in a job i have been working in for over 3 years. Yet my colleagues who are permanent receive full pay whether they are in work in leave off sick or compassionate leave.
I feel it is unfair that we as nhs staff bank workers do not get the equal rights pay and are under valued and degraded because of this. The NHS would not be the same without us working hard in admin, nurses and doctor roles.

Contract terms and conditions for NHS bank staff are a matter for the NHS as the employer, not the UK Government or Parliament.
