The postmen and women of this country have been the ones who have taken on extra work in order to modernise the company.

The share offer to staff means they cannot sell them for 3 years or 5 years if they wish to avoid tax.

This in no way supports what the front-line staff have undertaken in order to make the company sustainable and profitable in a competitive market and able to float on the stock exchange.

The decision of when to sell them should be one that the workers undertake themselves.

we call on the government to support its postie and change the boundaries immediately.
