Introduce legislation to limit the profit of secondary sales of tickets to music, sport, entertainment events to 25% of the face value.
Fans who genuinely bought a ticket and then cannot go to an event will then not lose out financially by recouping the booking fee/postage from their original purchase and the new recipient of the ticket has acquired the ticket at good value.

Also, remove the ability of Official Ticket Operators to allocate tickets to secondary sales agents until 7 days after general release has expired.
As such all general release tickets are available to the public via Official Ticket Operators for a minimum of 7 days at face value.
