I feel hair & beauty salons should remain open as an essential business in any future COVID-19 lockdowns.

As the government has branded salons as personnel care. SAGE research shows Hairdressers & Beauty salons contribute only 0,05% to the R rate, its shown to be worthy of staying open safely.
