Capital Punishment should be restored, why should we be paying taxes to facilitate criminal. Criminals are receiving better facilities than citizens who abide the law. They shouldn't be rewarded for breaking the laws of this country. Criminals should only be given this punishment if they're mentally stable and have taken the life of someone else via their own accord.
