The laws and regulations concerning UK Taxation and Bankruptcy should be amended to prevent individuals or companies from avoiding their tax liabilities by bankruptcy.

There are frequent high-profile "celebrities" with high incomes who go bankrupt, apparently because they have not put aside funds to pay their taxes. This should no longer be an option to avoid paying taxes.

A financial scheme should be set up by HMRC so that outstanding tax liabilities are a priority deduction from all future earnings of such people ,
