Ken Mackaill clearly lied to all of us about the discussion he had with Andrew Mitchell. This is a clear "cover-up" which was revealed because Andrew Mitchell had the foresight to record the conversation. How can we have confidence in the Police with behaviour from senior officers like this? He has to go!!
