My son is a 10 year old on the autism spectrum.
through out his school life so far, it has been a great struggle.
A lot of this being due to the fact that teachers not being trained in this area of expertise , didn't know how to cope with him. and deal with his behaviours e.t.c.
even now he has moved to a main stream school but with the extra learning facilities that he needed, and with support from the STARS Team, still managed not to meet his complete needs. please help support this, and stop other children being failed by our schools.
