To override the ban of driving instructors being able to work safely in lockdown including key workers!

To reduce the already mounting debt (due to previous 4 month lockdown), anxiety and worry from driving instructors who are self employed with no income. To provide people with the opportunity to a vital life line of obtaining a driving licence for job prospects in this unprecedented time and to help vulnerable and elderly members of their family.
