Rejected petition Extend theory test certificates for those affected which run out in 2021

Extend people's theory test certificates who's are due to end in 2021 by no fault of their own as this year has been and gone so quickly without hardly any time for preparing for practical driving tests due to the covid 19 pandemic.

So many people who had high hopes of dreaming of passing their driving test has been taken away this year, cancelled or rearranged due to the covid 19 pandemic. This is by no fault of the learner as stopping and starting lessons is expensive and unnerving as the pressure of having a timescale to reach is very stressful! The have had no choice but to be told their lessons and tests are cancelled for another lockdown and it's been a hellish year for learners that this year should be written off for them.
