The current mental health provider in York & North Yorkshire, Leeds and York NHS Partnership Foundation Trust is knowingly putting vulnerable service users in York & North Yorkshire at increased risk by closing services and freezing many individuals out of NHS services.

We petition the Department of Health to direct that LYPFT be dissolved and York & North Yorkshire Mental Health Services be returned to York NHS Foundation Trust governance.
