Dental nurses are working hard, they are qualified workers, they pay for GDC, indemnity and CPD courses themselves ( aprox £250 per year).
Some dental nurses do not earn not even £10/h.

Dental nurses are usually employed directly by dental practice owners, so decisions about dental nurses' terms and conditions of employment, including pay, are a matter for practice owners, and not the Government or House of Commons.
