Many of the problems in this country along with the rest of the world are associated with over population.
So why are we paying people to breed?
This proposal is to limit child support of any kind to 2 children per family or 1 child per parent. The parents of any children produced beyond this limit would receive no taxpayer funding and must be funded by the individuals themselves.
As well as producing massive cost savings this would have many other benefits to our society and environment
