The number of able bodied people that use properly marked Disabled Bays (Bays) is on the increase.

Many of these bays are on private land such a supermarkets where the police do not have proper juristiction.

I would like to make it an offence:

For any vehicle that is not displaying a Blue Badge, or the person parking is using a blue badge fraudulantly, that it be treated as an offence that can be enforced by the police wherever the bay is, be it on private land or otherwise.
