Closed Appeal to release Ian Emsley from prison on compassonate release

appeal for the release of Ian Emsley from prison, ian is currently service a six year sentence but recently discovered he is seriously ill with grade four cancer of the lungs, after having a kidney operation for the same reason we his family need to get him home with us where he can be looked after and not alone.
