Closed Mandatory Terms And Conditions For All Websites Available In The UK

There should be a mandatory set of 'Terms And Conditions' that all websites that are available in the UK must abide by or they will be blocked within the UK.

This will help stop undesirable media appearing in a public search's e.g. A general Google/Bing search and on inappropriate sites e.g. Facebook.

Any site with a legitimate request to be excluded can apply to be allowed and if permission is granted then the site must have a secure 'user log on' to view the material.
E.g. A site that depicts decapitations etc, as it is a human rights site.
