Estate agents are blackmailing buyers to use their in-house mortgage service for an offer to be considered. We need new laws & stricter guidelines that will stop this shameful behaviour by estate agents. Until such laws exist, we ask you to stop estate agents from offering mortgage services due to such a huge conflict of interest.
