Petition Issue strict guidelines and limits of sale of Alcohol to Students in Clubs in line with NHS recommendations

As a responsible Citizen, a parent I believe with regards to the increased use and indeed abuse of alcohol by the 18 - 21 yr old as they join University especially away from Home, it is time the Government acted to proactively protect or ensure the protection of the young people, as being thus vulnerable by age, stage in life and location, to exploration and abuse, coercion by vendors in places of leisure especially night clubs. The youth, a very important sector of our nation are being exploited, by encouragement using unscrupulous use of incentives, and not monitored to clearly abuse alcohol alcohol to their detriment. This has reached a danger zone which if it continues is plugging the whole nation into future serious health.problems which in fact already manifest.
