I stopped smoking decades ago because I could not afford it. I am a tax paying pensioner and it is immoral that my taxes are being handed over in welfare benefits to people who spend it on tobacco products which I have CHOSEN not to use. Anybody who smokes (or drinks alcohol) should have their benefits reduced. Welfare benefits are for survival, not to fund entertainment and pleasure.
