Rejected petition If the BBC cannot be ordered to treat all employees as PAYE then the taxpayer should stop funding it.

It is being reported the BBC still has not taken ALL of the people under contract to it onto PAYE status. If they cannot be ordered to do that then it us wrong that the people are continually being cheated of tax take by the various schemes under which the BBC pays its people, so taxpayer funding of the BBC through the Licence Tax MUST immediately be withdrawn.
