Allow established claiments of Disability Living Allowance who were medically assessed and given life time awards to be EXCLUDED from the present new regulations for PIP.

This petition expects the Department for Work and Pensions to respect Lifetime awards that were made in the years before the introduction of PIP . Written documentation produced at the time established a "contract" which should not legally or ethically be capable of being changed . Removing lifetime awards that were used my claiments to plan out the rest of their lives affects their human rights to rely on the government payments that were agreed .
