Petition Re-assessment of disabled for ESA

As the Government have admitted that there is a problem with people changing from DLA to PIP, there should be mandatory re-assessments for people who have been moved from Incapacity Benefit to ESA. These re-assessments should be carried out by doctors and not nurses or physiotherapists. There is no way that ATOS should be involved and the Government should NOT tell doctors what to test for.
