Sellers on eBay are discriminated against in any situation.

If refunds are offered and the buyer has stated they returned the item with no evidence of proof of postage or tracking number but the goods are not returned, eBay will refund the money with no appeal.

If there is a 50/50 situation the seller is forced to refund the money even though they are unable to claim from the carrier due to them not being the person who purchased the shipping which is leaving sellers out of pocket.

This is putting new and old sellers off.

There should be an equality for all.
