Introduce a body to manage Wills. It is far to easy to forge a Will in the UK. Wills to be signed infront of a judge and a copy of the Will to be lodged with the Court. A huge task to implement but less people would die in testate, I am quite sure. Wills can be forged in the UK with the greatest of ease.
