I am 68 years old,housebound and have congestive heart failure.Also I have had to be "shocked" back to life 3 times.My wife,who is 67,disabled cares for me 24/7 in an old Victorian house that is falling apart and has no heating.The DWP refuses to pay attendance allowance.Please help two very poor and sick OAPs by signing this petition to get me some form of payment,
