Help all self employed people who didn’t meet the criteria for the first 2 grants and now again don’t meet the criteria to receive the 3rd and 4th grant

I have amongst millions of others have received no help at all during the covid pandemic... and it’s disgusting that we are being punished and not getting any help what so ever. My tax return was late and yes you had a cut off date for the first bit of help. But to use the same criteria to pay out again is shocking and lazy not to consider the rest of us who are financially struggling!
