Rejected petition Overturn the Injustice to 3 Million Excluded and left behind since march 2020

I would like the UK Government to:

1. Change eligibility to Self-Employment Income Support Scheme and back date payments from March 2020 for all who were not eligible.

2. Extend income replacement schemes to those who don't currently qualify.

3. Remove the 50% Self Employed Rule

Since March 2020 It's been a big Injustice to the 3 Million Excluded or Ineligible from any form of support from the government.
Where has Human rights and Equality gone.
Equality should mean Equal.
