Conversion therapy is psychological torture that reinforces the belief that being gay is wrong. No one chooses to be LGBTQ+ and no one should be forced into practices that emotionally and physically harm them because of prejudice.

Suicide rates are increasing among LGBTQ+ people and is particularly prevalent among teens. No one should consider having to end their life because they can't ever see themselves as valid and worthy of support.

Its 2020 why are we still telling people that this is ok?
