To demand that the recommendations of Gage Report into the circumstances relating to the murder of Baha Mousa in Iraq by British military personnel in 2003, namely that military detention facilities in the UK and abroad should be monitored independently by HM Inspector of Prisons be placed on a statutory basis with the same powers as the Inspectorate has in relation to prisons in the UK.
