Rejected petition Extend those who have passed theory for at least 9 months

Due to lockdown and pauses in people’s learning due to COVID they should have the theory added to by 9 months as it’s UNFAIR especially if they have Mental Health battles
Extend the due date for theories for all candidates that have passed
