Closed Reverse residency rules that mean disabled children have a two year wait for support.

On 8th April 2013, the government changed the law so that disabled children aged 3 and above have to have been habitually present in the UK for two years, instead of the 6 months previously. This is too long, and is child poverty and suffering.
