Rejected petition The UK to pay for and distribute the oxford vaccine as part of its foreign aid

I want the UK to manufacture and help distribute the oxford vaccine to developing and poorer nations to assist their rebuilding from the Covid 19 pandemic, allowing their economies to unlock and their people to be as safe as those in the UK.
