Prevent industries which are to be privatised to be sold off to state owned companies of a foreign government, restrict the investment to private individuals/enterprises who have no ties to government entities.

It would reduce the amount of hypocrisy of various governments having major stakes in the British economy, where as the British Government has absolutely zero in either theirs, or increasingly, our own.

A sense of fair play and a level playing field would be established.
