Rejected petition Stop Super Trawlers from operating in UK waters

Protect our seas from the scourge of Super Trawlers . They have already been banned in places around the world such as Australia , South Africa and South America . Ban them here in the UK .

Super trawlers are a blight on the seas. They leave a desert in their wake, as what’s not needed or allowed per quota is thrown back into the sea to die . They wreak havoc on marine life. Along the UK coast , Dolphins and Wales are being washed up dying or dead as a direct result of trauma caused by these giant ships sucking the life out of our seas .Most recently In December 2020, a group of dying Sperm Whales washed up off the Yorkshire Coast just after the passage of one of these ships.
